Coaching disclaimer
Brooke is a coach, not a licensed provider
Brooke Rienow is a peer recovery coach who draws on her own lived experience of eating-disorder recovery and her faith. She is not a licensed physician, psychologist, psychotherapist, professional counselor, dietitian, or nutritionist, and she does not hold any state professional license. Coaching through Today Is The Day is mentorship and encouragement. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, or nutrition counseling, and it is not a substitute for any of those.
What coaching does not include
- Diagnosing, treating, curing, or preventing any illness or condition, including eating disorders.
- Creating meal plans, prescribing diets, or giving individualized nutrition advice.
- Advising you to start, stop, or change any medication or treatment.
- Crisis intervention or emergency care.
Please keep your treatment team
Eating disorders affect the whole person, body and mind, and best practice is care from a team that can include a doctor, a therapist, and a registered dietitian. Coaching is meant to walk alongside professional care, never to replace it. If you are not currently under professional care, Brooke encourages you to talk with a licensed provider, and she may pause or decline coaching if she believes you need a level of support that coaching cannot safely provide.
Faith-based content
Scripture and prayer are woven through this ministry as gentle encouragement. They are offered as spiritual support, not as medical or psychological advice.

Reaching out for that kind of help is not a failure. It is a brave and hopeful step.
Terms of service
These terms are an agreement between you and Today Is The Day (Brooke Rienow). By using this website, submitting the interest form, or booking a coaching call, you agree to them.
1. Eligibility
Coaching is offered to adults 18 and older. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian before reaching out.
2. Nature of the services
You understand and agree that coaching is peer mentorship and spiritual encouragement, not licensed healthcare, and that the disclaimer above is part of these terms. You remain fully responsible for your own health decisions and for consulting licensed professionals about diagnosis and treatment.
3. Booking, payment, and rescheduling
Calls are scheduled through Cal.com and paid securely through Stripe at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your call using the link in your confirmation email. Missed calls without notice may not be refunded. If Brooke ever needs to cancel, you will receive a full refund or a new time, your choice.
4. No guarantee of results
Recovery is personal and no two roads look alike. Brooke will show up with honesty, care, and everything she has learned, but no specific outcome can be promised or guaranteed.
5. Assumption of responsibility and release
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily choose to take part in coaching and accept responsibility for how you use anything shared in it. You release Today Is The Day and Brooke Rienow from claims arising out of coaching or your use of this website, except where caused by willful misconduct or where such a release is not permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Today Is The Day and Brooke Rienow for any claim related to the services or this website is limited to the amount you paid for the coaching session giving rise to the claim.
7. Confidentiality
What you share in coaching is kept private and is not shared with others, with two exceptions: where the law requires disclosure, and where Brooke reasonably believes you or someone else is in danger of serious harm. Because Brooke is not a licensed provider, conversations are not protected by legal privilege the way therapy can be.
8. Intellectual property
The content of this website and any coaching materials belong to Today Is The Day and are for your personal use.
9. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use of the site or services means you accept the current version.
